Recognising an experienced QA team leader who has demonstrated exceptional leadership and driven continuous improvement in testing processes.

Nomination Criteria

• Successfully led and managed a team of testers, in aspects such as team development, project planning and execution, and tracking team performance.
• Demonstrated experience in identifying areas of improvement in testing processes and implementing solutions, such as automation, and improving test coverage and quality, among other things.
• Delivered successful projects that includes meeting project timelines, and budgets, showcased return on investment (ROI), cost savings, and increased quality standards.
• Contributed towards thought leadership in the testing industry, such as publications, presentations, or contributions to open-source projects.

Best Test Team of the Year

Will recognize a high-performing testing team that has demonstrated exceptional effort and delivered outstanding results in ensuring software quality.

Nomination Criteria

• Effective collaboration and teamwork members, including communication, coordination, and knowledge sharing.
• Demonstrated the ability by the team to deliver high-quality testing, including test coverage, bug detection, and risk management.
• Innovative solutions for problems like effective use of automation tools, or a smart way to save costs, etc, adherence to best practices, and ability to incorporate feedback and continuously improve product quality.
• Showcased a culture of continuous improvement, including a focus on learning, experimentation, and feedback.

Best Contributor in Open-Source Testing

To encourage innovators in testing, will recognize an individual who has made significant contributions to the open-source testing community through innovative tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

Nomination Criteria

• Impact on the testing community, and advancements made on the state of open-source testing
• Unique and innovative approach to solving testing challenges
• Demonstrating expertise and commitment to the community (Commit History, Issues, Discussions)
• Influence the wider testing community by adopting tools or frameworks and inspiring others

Best Open-Source Project in Testing

Celebrates an innovative and impactful open-source testing project that has significantly contributed to the testing community.

Nomination Criteria

• Ability to solve testing challenges
• Impact of the project in the community- stars, number of projects that are dependent on the nominated project, and the number of contributors and users.
• Clear and thorough documentation, and availability of support resources.
• Commitment to continuous improvement through updates, responsiveness, and feedback incorporation.
